D.R. Congo Kawa Kabuya
Sometime during the week of May 15, 2017, the D.R. Congo Kawa Kabuya coffee showed up at the Starbucks Reserve Roastery and Tasting Room. It appears to be a medium to light roast coffee. I drank this coffee while writing this article (made at home with a Clever dripper) and immediately noticed the juiciness and sweetness. Very nice. I like that it has a lot of juiciness but only a medium acidity.
I made this coffee as a cold brew on 5-22-2017. This is an all around lovely coffee!
