Eastern D.R. Congo Lake Kivu - April 2017 (July 2017 Subscription Coffee)
Congo Lake Kivu is back! This appeared at the Roastery on Monday, April 17, 2017.

This coffee arrived at the Starbucks Roastery in April 2017. The card that was launched with this coffee at the Roastery had the words "Starbucks Reserve" between the "Star R" symbols and the name of the coffee.
There are TWO different versions of this card. This was NOT a national release coffee.
If you see a Starbucks card that has the words "Starbucks Reserve" between the Star R and the name of the coffee (on the front of the card), that's usually an indication that the coffee is being shipped to an international market.
What happened here was that Starbucks released this at the Roastery, exclusive to the Roastery, using the international cards.
When it was offered as the online subscription coffee, it was shipped with the more standard card, which does not have have the "Starbucks Reserve" words on the front.
Both cards are part of the US collection of cards, since one was obtained at the Roastery and the other online.
There are a number of other cards that have TWO cards. Another example of that is Costa Rica Yellow Honey which sold online at StarbucksStore.com, without the "Starbucks Reserve" word on the front and sold at the Roastery using the international card. (I still need to update that entry to show both cards).
