Costa Rica Honey Process
In May 2020, Starbucks launched the latest Costa Rica Honey Processed coffee. My understanding is that this was supposed to initially launch at the Roastery on or about May 1, 2020, but with the pandemic closing down the Roastery, this did not launch until now. At least that is my understanding of the current situation. It is available now at the First and University Starbucks in downtown Seattle.
There have been very few “Honey process” coffees. This refers to the way the coffee is processed on the coffee farm. There’s a lot more detail on this here.
