Vietnam Da Lat
The Vietnam Da Lat Reserve coffee was Starbucks’ first Reserve offering from Vietnam.
This coffee is high acidity, medium bodied, and is produced via a washed processed processing method. The flavor is described as vibrant acidity with highlights of cola nut, toffee, and vanilla.
This coffee was sourced from 150 small farm-holders, participating in CAFE practices. The area where their coffee grows is a mountainous region dotted with pine forests, coffee farms, and tea gardens.
The artwork for the Veitnam Da Lat card was inspired by the close proximity of the farms to the urban center of Da Lat. The golden mist represents the constant mist that sits among the city and its surrounding pine forests.
